My stay here this past month has been truly wonderful. I'm so grateful to the nurses, customer service staff, and housekeeping team at GENKI HOUSE for their attentive care! With just 3 days until check-out, let me share my 30-day experience here.

First and foremost, I'm deeply grateful to the nursery nurses. As a first-time mom, I was often anxious about my baby's every little change, but whenever a question came up, the nurses always responded with patience and immediacy. For breastfeeding and lactation issues, they guided me hands-on, giving me a lot of confidence when I was originally too afraid to even pump. Electric breast pumps are also available for use!

I booked a 6-ping room, and after moving in, the overall feel was actually much larger than I had imagined — very comfortable to live in, and there's no sense of crowding even with the baby's cot in the room!
GENKI HOUSE's baby-only elevator is truly wonderful. It prevents the baby from having too much contact with others, as the nurses always push the baby into the room for you. If you need to rest, just ask the nurses to take the baby back to the nursery.

Mom's education classes are arranged every week, where you can learn a great deal about infant care. Classes can be attended together with your partner. There's also a one-on-one baby bathing lesson — after all, there won't be nurses to help once you're home!

The customer service staff is very professional. Whether by phone or message, any issue is resolved right away!
The housekeeping aunties I see every day are incredibly friendly. In addition to daily cleaning and trash removal, a weekly UV disinfection is also scheduled — for a hygiene-conscious mom like me, this is absolutely wonderful!

For meals, there are three postpartum meal vendors to choose from. Just let them know the day before and you can switch for the next day — no worries about getting bored with the same food. Each vendor has its own unique characteristics. My personal favorite is Huang Tai Hou's meals (especially the soups, which are absolutely delicious!). Beyond the daily meal package, there's always a pot of herbal wellness tea prepared for me — both my husband and I loved it!

Finally, I'm truly thankful to all the nursing staff and team members for their care during this time. Thank you for letting me rest well for these 30 days and for teaching me so much about raising a baby. If given the chance, I would definitely come back. ❤️❤️
